Yatra Global Holidays (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a travel management and tour facilitation company that provides domestic and international travel planning, holiday packages, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, visa assistance, sightseeing bookings, cruises, travel insurance facilitation, corporate travel solutions, and other travel-related services through its own operations and a network of authorized third-party suppliers.
By requesting a quotation, making a booking, paying any amount, using our services, or travelling on any itinerary arranged by Yatra Global Holidays, the customer (“traveller”, “guest”, or “client”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer along with the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. Role of Yatra Global Holidays
Yatra Global Holidays acts primarily as a travel organizer and intermediary between travellers and independent service providers, including but not limited to:
- Airlines
- Hotels and Resorts
- Cruise Companies
- Transport Operators
- Railway Services
- Visa Processing Agencies
- Insurance Providers
- Local Tour Operators
- Activity Providers
- Government Authorities
- Destination Management Companies
These services are provided according to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. While every effort is made to select reliable partners, Yatra Global Holidays does not own, operate, manage, or control most third-party service providers and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service deficiencies, or operational decisions.
2. Pricing Disclaimer
All quotations, package prices, promotional offers, and published rates are subject to:
- Availability at the time of booking
- Currency exchange fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges
- Government taxes
- GST or applicable local taxes
- Airport taxes
- Hotel surcharges
- Peak season supplements
- Airline fare revisions
- Supplier price revisions
- Visa fee revisions
- Entry permit revisions
Prices may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed with full or agreed payment.
Yatra Global Holidays reserves the right to revise prices if suppliers revise their charges before ticketing or confirmation.
3. Availability Disclaimer
Flights, hotels, cruises, sightseeing activities, transportation, and other travel services are subject to real-time availability.
Submission of an enquiry or payment does not guarantee confirmation unless a written booking confirmation has been issued by Yatra Global Holidays.
If a selected hotel, airline, or service becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent or higher-category alternative wherever reasonably possible.
4. Visa Disclaimer
Yatra Global Holidays may provide visa guidance, documentation support, appointment assistance, or application facilitation.
However:
- Visa approval or rejection rests solely with the concerned Embassy, High Commission, Consulate, or Immigration Authority.
- The Company cannot guarantee visa approval.
- Processing time is entirely controlled by the concerned authority.
- Visa rules may change without prior notice.
- Visa fees are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Rejection, delay, or cancellation of a visa does not automatically entitle the traveller to refunds on flights, hotels, or other prepaid services.
The traveller remains solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
5. Passport & Travel Documentation
Every traveller is responsible for ensuring that they possess:
- A valid passport
- Required visas
- Transit visas
- Identity documents
- Travel permits
- Health certificates
- Vaccination certificates
- Immigration approvals
- Other destination-specific documents
The Company accepts no liability arising from incomplete, expired, damaged, incorrect, or insufficient travel documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all domestic and international travel.
Insurance should ideally cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Flight delays
- Missed connections
- Personal accidents
- Emergency evacuation
- Loss of baggage
- Theft
- Passport loss
- Personal liability
Yatra Global Holidays shall not be liable for losses that could have been covered under an appropriate travel insurance policy.
7. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries are prepared based on information available at the time of booking.
However, the Company reserves the right to:

- Change transportation
- Alter routes
- Adjust timings
- Cancel or substitute attractions
Such changes may become necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Flight schedule changes
- Road closures

- Natural disasters
- Operational constraints
- Supplier issues
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure events
These changes shall not automatically constitute grounds for compensation.
8. Flights & Transportation
Yatra Global Holidays has no control over:
- Airline schedules
- Flight delays
- Flight cancellations
- Rescheduling
- Aircraft changes
- Overbooking
- Seat allocation
- Boarding denial
- Lost baggage
- Immigration delays
- Customs clearance
Such matters remain the sole responsibility of the respective airline or transport operator.
9. Hotel Accommodation
Hotel photographs, ratings, descriptions, facilities, amenities, and room categories are based on information supplied by the hotels or suppliers.
Actual rooms, views, amenities, bedding configurations, and services may vary.
Early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, specific views, and special requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
10. Health & Safety
Travellers are responsible for assessing whether they are medically fit to travel.
The Company assumes no responsibility for:
- Illness
- Injury
- Allergic reactions
- Medical emergencies
- Pre-existing health conditions
- Pregnancy-related complications
- Pandemic-related restrictions
- Vaccination requirements
Travellers should consult qualified medical professionals before departure where appropriate.
11. Traveller Conduct
Yatra Global Holidays reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or cancel services if a traveller:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Engages in abusive behaviour
- Causes damage to property
- Endangers other travellers
- Misconducts themselves
- Fails to comply with tour instructions
- Is under the influence of illegal substances
Any additional expenses resulting from such conduct shall be borne solely by the traveller.
12. Force Majeure
Yatra Global Holidays shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, cancellations, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Cyclones
- Earthquakes
- Landslides
- Epidemics
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Political instability
- Airline strikes
- Labour disputes
- Lockdowns
- Border closures
- Technical failures
- Power outages
- Acts of God
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yatra Global Holidays shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Emotional distress
- Loss of enjoyment
- Missed business opportunities
- Loss of income
- Loss of profit
- Missed events
- Personal belongings
- Theft
- Damage caused by third parties
- Missed flights due to personal delays

The Company’s liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveller for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
14. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with:

- Hotel cancellation policies
- Cruise operator policies
- Visa fee rules
- Third-party supplier terms
- Applicable government regulations
- Yatra Global Holidays’ published cancellation policy
Processing timelines may vary depending on supplier procedures.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, itineraries, brochures, photographs, logos, branding materials, package designs, marketing content, website content, and promotional materials created by Yatra Global Holidays remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
16. Accuracy of Information
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on our website, brochures, quotations, advertisements, and promotional material, Yatra Global Holidays does not warrant that all information is free from typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
The Company reserves the right to correct any such errors at any time without prior notice.
17. Governing Law
This disclaimer, together with all bookings and services provided by Yatra Global Holidays, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where the registered office of Yatra Global Holidays is situated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Acceptance
By making an enquiry, paying an advance, confirming a booking, accepting a quotation, signing any travel document, or availing any service provided by Yatra Global Holidays, the traveller confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer, along with the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and all supplier-specific rules applicable to the booked services.
